What we do
Waste Synergy takes responsibility for the entire waste stream leaving the client free to focus on its business. We manage the various types of waste and find offsets for the unusual types of waste.
Waste Synergy has, over the years, developed a network of service providers who assist us with the waste which requires special treatment; food waste, hazardous waste, e-waste and waste materials which no one wants but which can be re-purposed.
Our focus is on on-site recycling to remove as much reusable material at source as possible. We train the clients staff to ensure a co-ordinated system and can assist with introducing best practice and aspects of the circular economy to the clients processes.
Waste Synergy provides regular reports – daily if required – on the waste sorting status.

Waste Synergy starts by undertaking a free waste audit to understand the type and volumes of waste on site. We then inspect and engage with the client to discover their problems. Only then do we propose tailor made solutions – we do not propose “tick box solutions”.
Synergy means working with the client and we welcome this interaction to ensure that the systems are efficient, starting from the point of waste generation to the final recycling, re-use or disposal.
Working with the client, as opposed to providing a service out of sight, allows us to add value by creating staff awareness, improving internal systems and ensuring that the solutions are appropriate. Waste Synergy uses specialist consultants for technical advice on food, plastics, textiles and composite materials.
Lastly, by aggregating our recycling volumes we obtain better rates for the various materials – which we pay to the client.
